Steps to register:1. Call our office at 503.590.2959 to start the registration process and find out about availability and wait lists. 2. Return your registration forms and schedule an evaluation: Our office will help you through the process! 3. If the participant has a medical condition or disability, a Physicians Release is required. Download the release form by clicking here and send it to your doctor. The form can also be emailed, if your doctor accepts email. The participant cannot ride unless the release is received by our office 3 days prior to start of the first class. To pay for a class or session:Please refer to our payment policy, which will be included in your registration documents. If you have indicated that you'd like to pay by check, or by other arrangement, please remit payment directly to the office. If payments are coming via an invoice through a community or health care organization, please contact the office at 503.590.2959 to make arrangements. For financial assistance and eligibility, please contact our office . For horse boarding payment, please use payment drop boxes at the faciltiy.
