Steps to register:

1. Call our office at 503.682.9022 to start the sign-up process and find out about availability. Once you have been assigned a class space, you have 7 days to complete registration and pay for your class or your space will be given to the next person on the waiting list.

2. Fill out the online registration form: Please make sure that you Create a Sporg User Profile at the bottom of the registration page, which will come up when you click below. This will allow you to easily fill-in your client information when you need to update your information.

3. If the participant has a medical condition or disability, a Physicians Release is required. Download the release form by clicking here and send it to your doctor. The form can also be emailed, if your doctor accepts email. The participant cannot ride unless the release is received by our office 3 days prior to start of the first class.

To pay for a class or session:

Please fill out payment form by clicking here. If you have indicated that you'd like to pay by check, or by other arrangement, please remit payment directly to the office after you've completed the online payment form. If class payments are coming from a community or health care organization, please contact the office at 503.682.9022 to make arrangements.
