PARTY: Cowgirl BallCowgirl-up! The Cowgirl Ball honors the pioneering spirit of Oregon women who have been breaking glass ceilings as if they were broncos. But this is definitely more a hoedown than a gown-required gala. Gambling, swilling whiskey, swing dancing and mechanical bull riding are the order of the night. Take a break for the coronation of the 2007 Cowgirl of the Year, Arlene “Horse Whisperer” Schnitzer.
